It might be seen as unwise to start a blog so early in a much hoped for pregnancy, but we're just too excited to get started with documenting developments as soon as they might be apparent.
Where could such hope lead to?
The most important thing is to remember that we as future (well, hopeful) parents need to keep our egos out of this miracle, and be open to a little soul somewhere who chooses us. Our responsibility is to bring her or him up in this big wide world.

The rite of becoming parents is not a right. Nor should we expect that we should be expecting. It's an honourable journey that may fall across our path - if we are chosen. And given the chance, we will commence the way diligently, earnestly and calmly. As long as we're realise every day that we're having fun, all of us, then we will consider our parenting (or anticipation of it!) as a job well done.
In the meantime, hope can be fun. That's going to be my mantra. I will follow my hope and fill it with dreams, wishes and future scenarios filled with dancing, music and laughter.
So, we're ready to welcome you, dear, precious soul. We would be so happy to be your Mama and Papa, guiding you through your childhood to your young adult life. As for me, personally, I want to start these happy travels with you today.
